The Hicks Group Brokers Ray Viles Ford Deal
Clinton, TN- September 27, 2006—The Hicks
Group recently brokered a property sale worth $1.5 million. The
Hicks Group sold
the 8.81 acre land to the Clinton based Ray Viles Ford car dealership.
Christy Hicks of The Hicks group was the listing broker.
Ray
Viles Ford has been at their current location on Main Street
since 1991. When they decided to expand, they came to The Hicks
Group for Christy to help them find the perfect location for
their new $4 million dealership. The new location on Highway
61
will
allow Ray Viles Ford to double both their inventory size with
room for 600 vehicles on the new lot. They will also increase
their employees from 55 to nearly 100 at the new location. The
dealership
will also include a quick lane, the tire and oil change facility
on the premises.

The whole process has been a very smooth transaction. Christy’s
knowledge and professionalism has exceeded our expectations.
We are thrilled to move to our new location in February 2007,” said
